And you don’t know where to start from, At Le’ Spatial, we have extensive experience in working with and delivering international donor-funded programmes in Nigeria in Health, Agriculture, Food and Livelihood Security, Trade Policy, Private Sector Business Development, especially for SMEs and Customs Operations.

When designing projects, we actively engage with our clients to conceptualize the project idea, and represent the idea to ensure consonance with the thoughts of the client. Among other things, we will conduct a formative assessment of the proposed project to inform the development of the project objectives, target beneficiaries, proposed activities, implementation strategy, outputs/outcomes and budget.

Our experience designing projects from scratch is usually preceded by theory and evidence from previous projects or research. We know that the goal of any project is to ensure the needs of target beneficiaries are met or identified problems solved while also ensuring value for money; we will therefore offer technical expertise and guide you throughout the project life-cycle to ensure the project is SMART and development results are achieved.

At Le’ Spatial, we will develop a summarized Project Design Plan, Theory of Change, Implementation Plan and Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks which will be encapsulated in a Project Appraisal Document (PAD). The PAD will then inform further interactions with the client for further planning and development. You don’t have to be bothered about all these technicalities , Our experts will bear the “headache” on your organizations behalf. Some of the projects carried out by our firm include:

• Farmers’ Organization Mapping for the National Association of Nigerian Traders for the International Fund for Agricultural Development – IFAD (November 2012- January 2013, August 2016).

• Mapping and Assessment of Business Development Services market in the export sector of the Lagos-Kano-Jibiya (LAKAJI) Economic Corridor for NEXTT, USAID Nigeria (February-August 2013).

• Project Management for the redraft of Nigeria Customs and Excise Management Act to bring it in compliance with international standards of RKC and WTO for USAID MARKETS, (September 2010-April 2011).
