Project Monitoring and Evaluation
Do you want to monitor and evaluate your projects or programs?
To ensure the success and sustainability of any project, it is important to understand the ups and downs of previous projects, what worked and what did not, including lessons and challenges experienced. This provides measurable data that can be integrated into ongoing and future projects. That being said, we carry out third-party project monitoring to ensure the project is on course in line with the project objectives or as stipulated in the project work plan. This is necessary to ensure course corrections.
Through well-designed monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools and methods (data management and analysis tools, output to outcome-driven approach), we systematically collect and analyse data for planned activities within given projects and programs. The generated information is used to measure and access the performance of these activities as intended and to know if they are producing the expected outputs, overall positive or negative impacts of the project, backed up by an effective reporting framework to key stakeholders.
Our experts have over 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E strategies; design of Theories of Change; and design of Logical Frameworks (logframes), Results Framework and Milestone Tracking for new and ongoing projects especially related to poverty reduction interventions in West Africa.
Or, are you done with project implementation? Do you want to determine the relevance, impact, challenges and successes of the project on the beneficiaries? Do you want to access the level of achievement of project results at the outcome level? Do you want to measure qualitatively and quantitatively the outcome of key project indicators? If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions, we are happy to let you know that Le’ Spatial has over 15 years of experience in evaluating development projects across Nigeria and West Africa, we will support you to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, impact and sustainability of your project – either at Midline or Endline. We will also support you to document lessons learned and challenges including the presentation of findings through awe-inspiring yet simple visualizations and the provision of evidence-based recommendations to improve future project interventions.
